The Traveler
Realized during the year 2018/2019, The Traveler is a long time project, having gradually evolved in my head, the universe changed and became what it looks like in these drawings. A video game idea inspired by the period of piracy in the Caribbean, The Traveler tells the story of a hero or a heroine, depending on the player's choice.
The goal was to make a concept book containing the whole of my project, for a rendering at the end of my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. I had only about 6 months to think about my project and draw everything that should be in it, as well as all the written explanations of all the characters and animals, but as I didn't have enough time, the fantastic animals like the ones we know were made from plastic references (drawings of various artists, as well as photos) so I didn't just plagiarize an artist but to be inspired at least by them.
